1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Pricing

Product images are for reference only; actual items may vary slightly. Prices are quoted per order and may change without notice. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & MOQ

Orders are confirmed upon written confirmation and deposit. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) for in-stock styles is 1 piece; custom orders are quoted individually.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is accepted by bank transfer (T/T) — 30% deposit to confirm the order and 70% balance before shipment; PayPal is available for samples and small orders; Western Union is also available.

5. Production & Delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3 days. Sample production takes 3–5 working days; bulk production takes 15–20 working days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination.

6. Quality & Inspection

Every piece is 100% inspected before shipment. Third-party inspection (e.g. SGS/CMA) is welcome at the buyer’s request and cost.

7. Returns & Claims

Please inspect goods upon receipt and report any quality issues within 7 days with photos or video. Customized items are non-returnable unless defective. Approved claims are handled by repair, replacement or credit.

8. Warranty

Manufacturing defects are covered for 6 months from receipt, with free repair or replacement. Damage caused by improper use is not covered.

9. Intellectual Property

Your custom designs and logos remain your property. We keep all product images and specifications confidential.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
